    Coopers Stout Coffee and Treacle

    Just brewed a coopers stout kit with 500g dme, 500g brewing sugar, 4 tbl spoons on coffee and a tin of black treacle. Primed it will brewing sugar had a little taste tastes lovely already. Cant wait till its ready !!

    Larger yeast sediment bad taste

    Hi, Just wondering if anyone else gets a bad taste with the last quarter of the bottle. I find that the rest is un-drinkable due to an awful taste. Was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if they knew how to resolve this issue.
