Hi there, I'm brewing ginger beer for the first time from a plant, I understand that it has to be fermented in plastic bottles to reduce risk of explosion, however, is it possible to transfer it into glass bottles after they have brewed for a couple of weeks? Thanks Lozzy :drunk:
