Will give them a bell tomorrow as they don't deliver to my postcode online. Love that glass. Cheers for sharing.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Same here @Horners , a new one for me. I thought it was going to be like a paella but it has a very strong tomato base and a lovely smoked paprika taste with a bit of heat 👌

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

I find this interesting. Porters and stouts are fairly close in the family tree I believe. But for me, they are a world apart in terms of favourites and I think it's the carbonation. I love smooth creamy stouts, heavy mouthfeels and long lingering back of the throat aftertastes. For me porters...

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Drinking my first brew. Young's American Pale Ale kit with an extra 25g of Falconer's Flight. OG 1064 FG 1010 ABV 7.09% I wanted to check the carbonation so just a half tonight. It needs a little more but it's almost there. I'm really happy with this as a first attempt. I'm not sure if I've...

    Slow tap

Cheers @Ediso. That's useful. I think I'll need to experiment a bit with the beer line lengths.

    Slow tap

🤦‍♂️ Got it! Cheers 🍻 So 12 psi at 4.5°c +/- 0.5°c should be okay.

    Slow tap

So is that saying that an IPA at 41°f should be set at 2.25 - 2.60 psi? That seems really low?

    Slow tap

I think I may have been panicking over nothing. My 12psi doesn’t look too far off yours @chillipickle although not quite that. Transfer to the corny was from a tap on a bucket with floating dip tube following cold crash. The tube failed halfway through and I had to pull it. Buckeg was fed co2...

    Slow tap

I've only tested it with sanitiser at the moment so cant do a head test. I do have beer in another keg but it's still carbonating. I guess I expected the fluid to flow rather than what I'm getting which is between a dribble and a flow 😕
