Hi OB, I’m not able to edit the spreadsheet, it tells me it is read only, using Google sheets app.

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

I would love to get this off the ground, however, it does have connotations of herding cats, as I read in another thread on here earlier! I would be willing to be the collection point if we can get this off the ground, I am in the DT2 area. Is there anyone else willing to commit for a Dorset...

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

So I asked the long haired general to have a look for the group, after minutes of scrolling she eventually came across it. so it is visible, it is just so far down the list it takes forever to get there! Like I said earlier, it’s a blank canvas ready for developing. Here’s the link...

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

My brother said the same, I will have a look at the settings to see why it’s not visible and provide a link. TBH your not missing anything right now as it is brand new with zero content, however it is a start and ready to be built on.

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

Hi, 8 is a good start, fingers crossed you get it off the ground. Are you or any of the 8 interested in a grain group buy? Whilst North Somerset is probably a tad too far from where I am for a quick nip out to pick up some grain, one thing I have noticed is that people will relay and maybe...

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

Hi Oneflewover, I am not 100% sure of the original source but if we get this off the ground it would be with/alongside the South Cheshire group. There is also the possibility of smaller amounts becoming available.

    Dorset home-brewers grain group buy

Good evening, whilst I am still very much a newbie both here and with home-brewing. I would like to get in touch with brewers in the Dorset and surrounding areas with a view to swapping tips, recipes ideas etc. In addition, I would also like to gauge the interest in setting up a grain group...

Your First Grainfather Brew - A Walkthrough

I think the FB most likely lifted due to the boil, then started to move about, I noticed it when I put the paddle in for a stir. It pushed back down easy enough but every time I put the paddle in it was back up again. I did the cam lock conversion so had no trouble with a blockage at the valve.

Your First Grainfather Brew - A Walkthrough

Hi all, did my first ever AG brew yesterday using a G30 and this excellent post as a reference along with advice hints and tips from another member on here, ecirpian. Whilst it mostly went very well, the false bottom I purchased tilted and I ended up with the filter being knocked off (SS jubilee...

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

Tonight whilst in the garage working on my Fermentation fridge, I’m have a couple of cheeky Wherry extract kit pints that I made a few weeks ago. Never had the real thing but certainly like the kit version.

    Hello from Dorset

I’m very new to brewing so have a long journey ahead to get a grip on the basics but would certainly be up for being involved in a group buy at some stage. Again from what I have read on here, there are some very helpful people that could probably assist.
