    Be gentle with me

That sparging rig looks a tidy bit of kit, no moving parts, thats got to last a lifetime for sure. Have you tested to see if it cover's all the mash with the hot water spray?

    mash tun size

I have just noticed that my ASDA coolbox/mash tun is only a 24 ltr size, is that big enough for a 5 gallon brew. The reason i ask is that i noticed someone else had said their cool/box mash tun was 27 ltr. Thanks.

After hearing so much about Woodfords Werry, and having no idea what it was, i just goggled it, and while looking at their web page, i noticed something called a buddy box, which is for storing your beer in, has any one here see one close up? Just one thing i would add, if no one minds, and that is when the beer/larger is ready for drinking, its easier to chill your drink when its in a bottle, you just pop it in to your household fridge. Wile i am here, can i ask a question? Are those two 2 Ltr plastic pop bottles ok for putting...

    Steralising equipment with Campden tablets

I have used Campdem tablets to sterilise my equipment, i was told years ago, that if you drop one campden tablet in one Gallon of water, and just rinse it around your bucket, you can rinse it with clear water and then use it straight away, with out leaving it to stand for any amount of time, and...

    anyone made prohibitions kits?

Thats virtually the same as the one i used to ferment my Larger kit, it seems to have done the job ok for me as far as i can tell. If it is the same idea as mine it has suckers fixed to it, so that you can stick it to the inside of the brew bucket. I took a wile to get the temperature spot on...
