This is a brew for tomorrow. I was going to do something more conventional but am short on Maris Otter so I'm using up bits and pieces. The Promash recipe formulation gives IBU's at 53.4 which again differs to other calculations with 80g Fruggles @ 4.5 AA giving 30-32IBU's. Any advice or...

Just changed the settings from Rager to Tinseth and they drop slightly on the main brew calculation page. Using the PM hop calculator for Target I get 32.92 on 10%aa but the main brew formula for 30g Target is 39.8 IBU.

Whilst putting a few of Marc Ollosson's recipes onto Promash I've noticed a difference in the MO bittering units and those given by PM. for instance Castle Eden Bitter MO gives 23 bittering units and PM 44.3 total IBUs. The recipe has 835g of inverted sugar added. Will this affect the IBUs and...

If this is Ross as in Craftbrewer V :?: I've had the same problem at this time of night but Ross tells me there's nothing wrong at his end. It put me off ordering from him. No fault of his own I expect.
