    Returning from a XMAS break I tried my Muntons Santa Winter Warmer, of which there are about 5 pints left in the King Keg; very nice indeed. I then tried my Muntons Old Conkerwood Black Ale, which I just siphoned into the (new) King Keg before XMAS and it was hardly gassed up. I gassed it and...

    Using a Top Tap King Keg

    A friend I know has a King Keg and he says you don't need a fermentation bin. He puts the contents of his beer kit into the king keg, places it somewhere warm, and then drinks it after 4 weeks. This sounds nice and easy. Are there any disadvantages to doing it this way?
