    What pressure are you trying to dispense at? Start at 3psi and keep turning it down until you get a balance of pouring speed and head retention :thumb:

    :rofl: Ok it's fermenting well The chicken left a hole in the yeast head when it was added But it soon healed up :D In fact I think it looks more dense :)

    I have been in touch with THIS campsite and in principal they agree to allow us to camp socialise and have a bottle swap :party: I am looking towards the weekend beginning Friday 23rd September. To firm things up I will need to give them an idea of numbers so who's coming?

    I wouldn't bother tbh you will be disappointed :( Give at least a week in the warm and a week in a cool place before trying :thumb: Remember there is one very important ingredient that can't be bought Patience ;)

    Leave them at least 2 weeks, they should clear in this time :thumb: If they don't give each bottle a slight twist side to side as the yeast sometimes clings to the side of the bottles. Once they look clear give them another 2 weeks :cheers:

    To get back on topic ;) Gelatine is my preferred fining for ales :thumb: If the beer has sat for a few days after fermentation has finished then rack it straight to the keg and add the gelatine and priming sugar at the same time :)
