    Pinter cask and future

Hi. So, I have the pinter cask and brewer, it's a 10 pint closed system. The brewing Dock seperate to allow the beer to condition, with the majority of the sediment being washed away. I don't know if anyone is familiar with this system but there are inly a finite number of beers available as...

Essential Equipment: Seeking Advice from Experienced Brewers

My take on it though I am not professional, and brewing for about 1 year (not counting experience with Pinter): Fermenters: Plastic vs. glass—what do you prefer? - I prefer plastic: 1. It is cheaper, 2. I like watching how it brews, 3. The signal from Rapt Pill is reliable; 4. I brew under...

    Festival German Weiss

Split the pack down (get bored drinking same beer all the time so like to make smaller batches) and brewed 10 pints with in my old Pinter 1 under pressure then bottled, tastes fantastic just like Weiss should, just a little darker as you would expect from extract. Very vigorous fermentation...

    My new toy!

After selling some Pinter equipment I've purchased this today. I find (bottling) and cleaning just a massive ball ache. If this makes it slightly more straightforward and quicker with the ability to do something else then it's money well spent. I intended to DIY my own anyway but the...

How many litres of home brew have you made 2022.

Had a Pinter Weiss Nights pack lurking in the back of the fridge so chucked it in the Pinter, not done one of theses for a while and the yeast has been sitting on a shelf for 8 months, let's see if it works or not... I think it's about 6l. Total 626l

    PINTER beer system

I enjoyed it for what it was, a beginners way (me included) into "pressure" fermenting your beer. I feel the Pinter is aimed at beer enthusiasts who simply want to brew their own beer without much fuss/equipment. It is built on the idea that the brewer probably will not have any other equipment...

    Hi from Edinburgh

Lodainn, hi from Stirling. Likewise I have a Pinter 1 & 2 but have also moved on to All Grain. I have brewed a couple of small 1 gallon BIAB batches and now also have an all in one electric system that I will use when the weather improves.

Obligatory I don't know what to write introduction post

Yes that is exactly what they do, as for are they any good? some say they are an abomination unto god and others rave about them. Price point of the mixs and small batches get the thumbs down from me, finished product and ease gets the thumbs up.

    PINTER beer system

I got a Pinter 1 and co Pinter for £40 from eBay last month. Got 3 kits on order to try. Can’t brew at the minute as moved house recently and the garage is chocka. May end up using them for small batch brewing if the kits are rubbish.

    Another homebrew delivery

...sitting at 1.014, but the starting gravity was slightly higher than needed so it works out at 4.1 %. I'm happy with that and it tastes great. I've got a funky bow wow to brew next then the brown ale and the IPA 😂 plus 10 pints of Pinter pale ale. I will definitely order one to try. Cheers Pete
