    Home bar help!!

Corny Kegs are not used by big breweries. They are mainly used by soft drink companies Coke/Pepsi. Homebrewers use them for beers and ciders.

I would give it another while to see how it settles. Your more recent picture appears slightly clearer to me than your first. You would expect it to end up looking like TomlinP's second picture above. After a week the fermentation should be mostly complete but you should still leave it for...

Is there much activity? If you search fermenting beer on you tube you should see what it looks like while actively fermenting. Also do you know what temperature it is at?

Hi do you have a hydrometer? It is really the best way to tell where you are in the fermentation process. I wouldn't pitch more yeast unless I was sure it was stalled and before I would think of that I would give the fermenter a bit of a shake to rouse the yeast.

What is the best beer you have brewed

Best is a stout based on a watered down version of Post Doc Brewing's Imperial stout. Mines not Imperial strength about 6%, but I've done it 3 times and love it. Second would be my Bohemian Pilsner Third a Centennial IPA

What are you drinking tonight 2020.

Having a couple of my ESB tonight again. Have upped the temperature in the kegerator by a few degrees and it certainly brings out more in the beer. I could get used to this.

    An Ankoù brewday:

I am currently trying to brew some British style beers that I have never had. They were just not available here for years. Just made an ESB that I am really happy with and I think I would like to add this to my list to brew in the near future.

    Geterbrewed?

I've had no issues with Get'er Brewed, slight delay recently which is to be expected. I'm also lucky as the Parcelforce driver who delivers here is a sound bloke, knows exactly what he's delivering and if I'm not about will put the delivery in my bbq in the back garden.
