    Wort started to ferment without added yeast

    Hi I made 20 litres of bitter wort on Saturday, Bitter, (21st Nov) but the sachet of yeast I had (Gervin) did not start to ferment. I removed some of the wort (250ml) into a glass jug, added tsp suger and then the sachet of yeast and left. Nothing happened, no fermentation started even after...
