It has finally arrived (like a day or 2 ago) , now what to try and make form,y first AG ,that is the question If I could buy a grain that I could use in multiple brews then I think I would give that ago rather then just getting enough for 1 brew or should I be content with just doing 1 brew...

I would recommend using a champagne yeast and adding a little sugar, then you'll be right away ;)

Some of the NZ wines started about that price and were amazing.....

I have a lush ginger beer (at wine strength) that is still in hen FV and sat I have just been feeding from it and adding sugar to it each time to push oxygen out of the vessel as a bubbler is on it, would I be able to remove most of the brew and hen just put the new ginger beer solution on top...
