    Brewmaster ben

Young’s American ipa video really done it for me.. could tell he was impressed. First beer kit I tried after a few t.c attempts which were ok and certainly eased the boredom of lock down. Seriously enjoyed that American ipa kit though. Quite shocked how good it was

Any one on here watched any of Ben’s vids on you tube? I’m sorry one of these jump on the bandwagon home brewers who started getting involved during a four week period off work during lock down. I’m loving it now.... back to the point, does anybody on here know that bloke?? I really enjoyed his...

    Checking fermentation

Only a suggestion, but could it be possible because the beer was left quite a long time and had cleared significantly that maybe there isn’t much yeast left in suspense and it’s taking longer to carbonate? My last two brews have had patchy carbonation after being batch primed with 130g and they...

Tiny dry hop of 10g saaz cause...

    Hello people.. new here.

Thanks Gerry, and totally agree with you there mate. I done the same thing twice!! 2nd time with a smaller amount of hops. Done a simply pale ale with 750g of dextrose and 500g of light dme then made a hop tea with 25g of cascade and 25g of mosaic. Then..... thinking I was being clever I scraped...

Nice one Animated, it’s stuck in a little shed near the back door plugged into an outside power supply. SWMBO wouldn’t come round to the idea of have it on the landing upstairs! Does the job though

    Hello people.. new here.

Hello everybody on the forum. What a brilliant insight to brewing this site has been to me. Haven't really felt the need to post yet as I've been able to search up most things I've needed but have to check in most days. Only brewing kits at the moment. Got a ferm fridge controling temps with an...
