British man killed as London-Singapore flight hit by turbulence

I encountered something like this a few years back, on a flight from Shanghai. absolutely frightening. I was sitting strapped in watching a film, then chaos. it was like someone had a hold of the plane and was shaking it - must have lasted about 10-15 seconds with drinks /food flying...

    Is it worth it?

@stu sorry I can't remember where on fleabay I ordered it from. It was just a generic bazooka filter. The one on the LHS is the original and the right is the generic one to covert male to female I used the overflow tube coupler as I never use the extension. It does allow more break material...

    Is it worth it?

+1 for Klarstein. I bought a maishfest thru their website offer last year for £170, very happy with it, well made and easy to use. Only criticism is the bazooka filter mesh is too fine and constantly clogs, simple £10 fleabay fix for a new one. Cust service is pretty good too. I bought a s/s...

    Heat Source Pumps.

had to laugh at the stock photo of guy installing the heatpump. What's that behind him. Oh a shed load of logs, wonder what they are used for? Tbf we use the aircon/heatpump in spain and it works ok but not in extreme cold that we have here in winter. Still have a water heater for showers etc though.

    Klarstein fermenter - anybody using?

I've done a couple of brews in mine so far with no issues. Nice solid piece of kit. I got a really good deal with mine. Got the discount so 100 quid down to 69. It duly arrived via ups and I noticed that although double boxed something sharp had pierced the box and put a tiny dint in the rim of...
