    Make it asap .. the longer you leave it before drinking the better .. and use bottled water from supermarket.... and use wilko spray malt instead of sugar ... cheers

    Ive got my RO water.. 7.5 gallons for Hoppy Cream Ale , to start ... Ive got my chemicals ready..Ive got the profile that I want ... so how do I determine how much of each chemical do I add before the start ??

    Does RO water provide good results ? My missus could also use it for her fish tank. And no .. not had a water report.

    I reckon it always happens .. I thought that it would go over time .. but? If its alkalinity , what can I do ?? Our tap water is very hard, and I always run the water through a filter ( although I suppose this only reduces the chlorine )... I can buy bottled water , but 7 gallons is not cheap...
