Update Took another hydrometer reading today 1.010. Tasted and a lot of the sour taste has gone. Very odd. Going to keg now.

This is my first homebrew since starting up again, so I'm wondering whether this has gone wrong on not... Beer is a Gozdawa Legacy pilsner. I haven't been brewing it "properly" - i didn't realise it needed to be brewed at lower temperatures (my bad) so it's been brewing around room temperature...

Glad I'm not the only one then! Everytime I go over to my parents I'm sent home with armfuls of my old stuff :laugh8:
