Hi I'm doing the same kit for a BBQ In 6 weeks time. I'm going to use 1kg sugar 500mgs DME + 2 sachets of CML Belgium yeast & dry hop with 100gms of saaz It's a bit of an experiment & I'll be using my partners brood as guinea pigs as they'll drink anything If It's free.
