    If your doing a 23 litre batch knock 1/2 a kilo of marris otter of the batch to bring the OG down to a reasonable level, Should end up with a final of about 5% rather than 5.5%. oh and try it with 300gram of crystal rather than the half kilo it should turn out slightley better.
