Im a fan of Wychwoodbrewery beers especially the wychcraft and whitewych brews and I was wondering if any one happened to have a recepie for these brews.

Bad news I have to throw about 40 to 50 litres of beer down the drain ( fermented to warm last summer so tastes ermm not so good :sick: ) Good news I have 66 litres ready to fill 3 cornies and some bottles already.

Welcome to the forum and to brewing your own beer well done on the change :D What has been said before me is all correct. 1. clean everything after every brew, hot water to get all the crap out of the FV then sanitise with fresh hot water with some form of steriliser in it not the tablets...

Swap you one of your bottles for one of mine made from the same brew....... Just be intresting to taste the diffrence between the conditioning mine done in bottles yours in the tank so to speak.

I would still say gail porter loverly brew tbh..

Gail porter is a good brew and one that I have drunk with no conditioning ( bit flat ) tastes good straight from the fermenter as well, but your pushing for time tbh as you need 2 weeks for it to ferment out properly. Rule of thumb I use is 2 weeks in the fermenter then 4 weeks in the cornie...

Congrats on the wherry it should turn out to be a good pint did one myself as one of my last kits before the change to AG. Have plenty of great brew days mate.

I brew a fair amount during the year and have friends around to help drink what I brew, But TBH I go weeks with out drinking alcohol, then I like others may have a cpl a night for a while, Personally I can take it or leave it recently I have hardly drunk much at all may be 20 pints in the past 5...
