    Cider brew

I have brewed the Mangrove Jacks Mixed Berry one a couple of times now and they have always come out really well. Not quite as fruity as some of the commercial ones, but still tasty! :D

FOR SALE new iSpindels fully build and tested £30

Hey @ChrisPDuck , Wondering if you can help me. I am trying to calibrate the iSpindel and have followed the guides / video you provided, but I am unable to get the iSpindel to 25 degrees in water. Even if I hold the iSpindel vertically, it will never go below 39 degrees. Am I doing something...

    What's in your ads?

I don't see ads at all on the internet, I have a PiHole to block all adds / trackers at DNS level on my home network. Works wonders to stop all the data harvesting and targeted ads and works better than a normal ad blocker which sometimes leaves a blank square where the ad should be or some that...

    Tangerine Extract

Thanks! I'll have a look at that too. Might do a split batch between both products and see which one turns out the best

    Tangerine Extract

Awesome! I did see that when I was looking for the Tangering Extract but wasn't sure if it would work. Think I will get a bottle of that and see how I get on. Thanks !!

    Tangerine Extract

Apparently they are soon to be setting up the DIY Dog store where you can buy ingredients etc from them, but they haven't gone live with it yet. Hopefully they will have it available when they do!

    Tangerine Extract

Yeah I have done a couple of batches now with orange peel. Although it has been ok in a couple of brews, the flavour hasn't been as strong as I was hoping. I have read that the extract is much stronger so you don't require as much of it. Maybe me just being lazy and hoping to throw a few drops...

    Tangerine Extract

It sure seems that way! I found one in the States but it was $20 just to ship it over here which for 50ml of extract is crazy! I might contact Maltmiller and see if it is something they would source. Hopefully they will! Thanks

    Tangerine Extract

Hey all I hope this is the right place to post this. I am planning on making 'Clockwork Tangerine' from DIY Dog, but the recipe states to use Tangerine Extract. I have looked everywhere I can think of to source this. Has anybody made this in the past, or know where to source Tangerine Extract...

How long have you been brewing for?

Only been brewing around 3 months, jumped straight in with AG with a Peco kettle. 3 batches up to now, but going to have a try with adjusting the water profile on the next batch and see if I can improve the beer quality :beer1:

    Hello from Manchester

Hi Gerry. thank you for the welcome. I have bought one of these to refill the Sodastream bottle: CO2 CLUB BAR REFILL CONNECTION TANK SODASTREAM SODA CYLINDER ADAPTER W21.8-14 | eBay It can be a little fiddly to refill as the newer Sodastream bottles have a non return valve to stop you filling...

    Hello from Manchester

Thank you! Everything I have read has pointed to a much preferred method of packaging. 60+ bottles per batch takes an age! I think 30 ish shouldn't be too bad as at least it is only half the pain. Next step is finding somewhere to build the kegerator, I already have my temperature controlled...
