    First all grain

Right all done and quite happy with how it went, no real issues and a Og of 1044 with a target of 1046. So quite happy with that. One question though, when taking a quick sip from the trial jar, it tastes significantly different to any kit I’ve done. Can really taste the Marris Otter, whilst...

I have gone through a similar thought process over the last week after getting a good bonus at work....after all it’s a bonus so I should treat myself. I obviously was hugely tempted by the GF, but after watching hours of videos and reading tonnes of reviews. I decided the 2 main differences...

    Bottles or King Keg?

I really like my king keg, but find the beer goes quite flat towards the end; even after adding multiple c02 canisters, for that reason i tend to bottle them unless i know i will drink it all quite quickly - parties, bbq, Xmas etc etc

St Peter's Ruby Red Ale Kit - Colour

Hi, I’m fairly new to brewing but done the Ruby red twice now. Both mine have come out similar to yours, but leave them in the bottle for a good month (or more) and it will clear and turn more of a red colour. Trust me it’s a great tasting beer
