    The tap is 3/16 as is a reducer on it is 5/16th without it on.. so If I buy the same ate of disconnects as you go then put about 2 foot of 3/8 line then a John guest 3/8 to 3/16 and put another foot of 3/16 from there to tap

    Yeah will be stored in fridge .. so I can add John guest fitting to the treaded end what type do you know it just says has a threaded 1/4 fitting on the site..

    yeah I know the dme doesn't need that long but I left it till near the end one time and ended up with too much liquid because I started with 25L boil and then adding the dme at end brought the volume up which never calculated that in like I should of before filling to 25L.. so now I normally...

    At the minute I'm doing extract brews in a peco boiler and am happy with the results . Generally do 30 min with specialty grains at 67℃ for 30min with 10-15L of water then fill to 25L to get 21-22L patch bring to boil while adding about 3kg of dme . And then do 60min boil adding hops at...

    So just put wee bit or the beer in the top and it will make a better seal can I not get a new rubber washer for it do you know worked great first few times till my stupid mistake now takes couple pumps to get it going and worried I'm adding air to beer with splashung

    Has anyone replaced the small rubber donut washer in the auto siphon and could tell me size I need .made the stupid mistake of washing mine in boiling water from immersion chiller and since then the seal is not as good and siphon is not working very good at all
