    Would add though, that if you're having to dilute in a fermenter you'll probably want to boil and cool the water first

    Probably a stupid question, but if you were to ferment under pressure I assume you're going to need to add CO2 in to the fermenter, or can you use the gas given off by the yeast to partially carb the beer?

    Cheers Mick. If you're free on Thursday, you should come to the Brewdog Homebrew group. It's really relaxed and lets you get a taste of what others are brewing locally. Usually it kicks off around 7 - 7:30

    I might just chuck all the hops I have in in a dry hop then... I think I have about 50g of Citra and around the same of Cascade, hardly any Centennial left but I have a suspicion I have around 50g of Simcoe lurking in the freezer somewhere.
