Kicked off a rhubarb saison yesterday - the recipe stated fermenting at 21 deg, however the yeast stated ideal fermentation temp was 26 deg upwards? Which do I pick??

Hi brewers i am rapidly approaching my 50th brew and on the whole my two years of a brewer have gone pretty well - fruit beers, stouts, saisons, blondes, ipa to pilsners. Fancy doing something special (doesn’t need to e complicated) for my 50th brew ... what would you recommend?

That’s a real shame - I really struggled with the peanut powder, found it hard to dissolve. I have about 40 bottles - will sample in coming weeks and let you know

I fear I may be asking my learned brewers a foolish question - but if I use finings to clear my beer, will there be sufficient residual yeast to carbonate when bottling

I was going to add to my priming sugar that I boil in order to dissolve - I suppose I could add first amount in boil and top up when bottling if necessary. Any idea on the amount?
