    I received my replacement today, will hopefully be trialling it next weekend so I hope for better results. If not I may consider trying STC1000 as an alternative.

    I reported the same issue to inkbird in May on a 5 month old itc308, I did not in the end get any solution, so in the end just extended the time before the cooling cycle kicked in, this seemed to resolve the issue of it starting randomly. But overall I'm not overly impressed
