Simon's Jigger Removal - Jiggers Dug Out!

Oh my!!!!! Ouch. I watched vids from Dr pimple popper with some morbid fascination......but this is just plain nasty. Money needs to be spent to eradicate this. If this was happening in our countries....something would be being done about it.

Beer Not coming out of Keg tap

No...not my Government. If mine tried to play nanny to me, there would be brou ha of epic proportions. A) I doubt I could live by those numbers B) My Government hasnt shown enough intellectual savvy for me to trust much of anything they say or do...sheesh...trying to say how much a person can...

Beer Not coming out of Keg tap

If you added priming sugar, you will have wait for the yeast to produce CO2 ( a couple weeks maybe ) or if you didnt add sugar it looks like you need to install a CO2 cartridge...thats my takeaway from the pic supplied. Dave

    priming a stout

The priming calculator gave me 3 choices...not sure how much difference each would make, but assume some sugars might suit certain beers, or form certain kinds of heads. My experience is somewhat limited, so I ask before I randomly try things, hopefully avoid cockups.

    priming a stout

Just getting ready to bottle 10L of stout and 20L of a dark brown ale and was wondering if people have a preference for which sugar they would use for priming a stout. Last time I used corn sugar and was not unhappy with the results. Any thoughts? Cheers Dave

    coopers brew enhanser

Hmmm...cheers for this. As a newbie, Im trying to absorb all I can and attempting to make better beer. I found doing "toucan" batches have been better quality than kit and a kilo approach. I saw these other recipes at the Coopers site and thought I would give a few a go. A friend loved my toucan...

New diesel and petrol vehicles to be banned from 2040 in UK

I think we will start to see more and more solar roof projects where daily sunlight is stored in batteries. Elon Musk is way ahead of this curve and currently building roofing tiles that have the solar cells embedded in them. If we depended less and less on the grid, there would be more...

    coopers brew enhanser

    coopers brew enhanser

My local brew suppliers dont carry the beer enhanser kits/cans. What are they?/ can I substitute something in there place? I saw a recipe for a smooth bitter ale...but cant try it unless I can find a substitute. Thanks in advance for any insight. Dave
