Im brewing today and its essentially a single hopped neipa using solero but im splitting the batch as an experiment ro try different yeasts. Im using verdant, voss kveik, new england from lallemand and my wild yeast to see how they all compare.
I bottle condition my beer and I've never liked the idea of storing my beer in plastic even though I drink water and fizzy drinks out of it without worrying
I started in the first lock down I'm not a big drinker and started due to an interest in the science behind it. This quickly grew into an obsession due to having nothing else to do so I've ended up with a dedicated place to brew a small all grain setup and I've planted 20 hop plants in my field...
Didn't brew anything. After not going in my brewery for a few weeks I went In. To find everything covered in white yeast it was growing on all the stainless steel, so so after spending hours bleaching everything I only managed to bottle my dark lager that has been lagering for the last 8 weeks.
