    Ready to bottle my first batch of home brew on the not it said store at between 18 and 21 degrees. Which it has been. On the thermometer that just turned up it says larger between 8 and 14 degrees?

    Yeah I got one of them it said to do a test about 5 days in and it needs to be on a 1000 or when it reads the same for 3 days straight

    Its fermenting in the arir cupboard. Waiting for my thermometer to come should of came today but didn't. It should be around 18-20 degrees. What's a gravity reading not used to these terms. First time of doing

    Didn't see any foam really. It's just in a standard starter kit bucket. Just want to know it's actually working as I'd start again now instead of going through all this and bottling to find out it's gone wrong

    What should I see happening on top of the fermentation bucket. Cant see much happening. It's been in for 2 and a half days. There is a few bubbles and bits on top. I though the whole top would be a foaming like the head on on pint

    Yeah iv ordered them now. Can I leave the liquid in the fermenter bucket a few days longer. Ordered all my bottles for bottling and caps but the capping maching dont think it will come in time. Only an extra day or two

    Yeah got one of them mate it came in the kit. Just ordered 40 bottles for bottling and all that and carbonation drops. But that's saying one stop per 375ml bottles iv got 500ml so two tablets will be to much wont it and ones not enough

    It's in the airing cupboard so I presume its warm enough in there. I dont have a thermometer

    I just done my first home brew think I may of mixed in the yeast at a slightly cooler temperature than between 18 and 21 degrees. Is this a massive issue. It is now in a warm place
