    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

I've had good results. I've done a lager fermented at the low end - just bottled but tasted good on bottling. Have also done a coriander lime Greg Hughes adaptation at the high end and a ginger beer at the high end too.

CRS & Campden Tablet - Adjusted Water Profile Calculator

Nice work Bezza. I'll use it for my brew tonight. Looks like you need to edit the campden tablet addition formula as follows: =IF($C$15="",0,$C$23*$C$15/35*16)

    New crossmyloof 'Haze' yeast.

I've bought some today. I've switched to their yeasts almost exclusively about two years ago - I'm a big fan of their product and service and am keen to see how this yeast turns out in a NEIPA this weekend if I can get my arse into gear

    Concealed element replacement

Hi lads, Element in my boiler has died - one of them anyway so she's a bit hard to bring to the boil. It's a concealed type as per the photos - qualtex mis884 and looks like it's welded it glued on. How does one go about replacing these? Thanks, Ron

    Cheap Tea Urn

Yep - she was a scam. Paid thru PayPal, got notification thru eBay that it was suspect on the night of ordering cancelled payment and got my money back. Thought it was worth a punt as my boiler element failed last weekend!
