I have an ispindel question to put to the forum: What software do you use with your ispindel?... and why? I use Ubidots which is OK but I understand ther are other alternatives and I want to get the most out of mine.

I use the threaded type and the screw on JG fittings. They are very reliable and quick to dismantle when you want to clean lines etc. In the photos above you can see a grey proud collar next to the beer /gas line. Just pushed these in and the line will tug free.

I would go for the full sized cylinder. Lots of small gas bottles sounds like an expensive way in any event. Once you have the cylinder then refills aren't too expensive in the grand scheme of things and one carbonation is good you can turn off the gas when it's not being used. Get a decent...

I had an issue with beer going sour in the keg once. It turned out to be a keg issue. I thought I had cleaned out and sterilised my keg properly but as I too brew NEIPS ect with leaf hops it turned out I had some leaf hops caught in the dispensing valve of the keg which infected the whole brew...
