ive been asked to brew a non-alcoholic beer any idea if this is possible?

I’m hoping to come up with an orange flavour beer and need a bit of help recipe wise...... Are there particular hops which would impart an orange flavour or am I better off brewing a fairly standard (but not too hoppy) pale ale or IPA and adding orange peel at flameout? Any recommendations?

I had a similar experience, I recently brewed an IPA and dry hopped. On sampling the first few bottles I was very impressed with the intense flavour. After a couple of weeks however the flavour really dropped off. Left a bit disappointed......

I’m in planning stages for brewing a Russian Imperial Stout which should end up at about 9.5%abv Is there a suitable yeast I can get from CML for a beer of this strength and type?? I usually use their real ale yeast for my brews but not sure that would work for this brew??

I recently sampled a lovely RI stout brewed by an acquaintance and would Like to brew something similar.... He mentioned that the dark grains were added late in the mash to avoid bitter flavour from these..... Anyone got a good recipe I could use or adapt??

I’m planning on cold crashing my next brew prior to bottling. Will this abuse the yeast to drop out of the beer and if so will this prevent bottle carbonation??

Yes, that side of it is all in hand (or at least I’ve got it pretty much figured out). Eventually I’m hoping for something larger but the 200L brewery is to ease me into the commercial world in a very small way!

I’m hoping to setup a 200litre brewery soon and was hoping for some help/guidance in sourcing the required equipment! Needs to be as economical as possible so nothing flashy needed. Would prefer electric but willing to go gas burner powered if that’s the only feasible...
