    I think vermont yeast was originally from an an English brewery, So maybe a bitter/porter/stout/mild? Edit - just did a quick google and it seems to confirm this?

    Cascade are nice in a lager. Never tried them myself but sorachi ace are also supposed to be good too. If you want to make an 'English Lager' Challenger are good

    Im vegan (mostly, although I occasionally eat chocolate). Ive rarely seen any posts about inisglass so Im fairly sure most HBer dont use is. The only non vegan ingredients that I can think of, off the top of my head, that HBers use is gelatine and lactose.

    Tbh I dont keg but have read a huge amount of threads on the sugject. If it's possible I bet it would be expensive. If you want to force carbonate I think buying some corny kegs and sourcing large bottles of C02 would be the easiest and cheapest route. If it was easy/cheap to use soda steam...

    actually come to thing of it 5L mini kegs (they'e basically like 5L bottles) would be good. The problem would be you cant carb them up to lager levers
