    And secondary ferment? I thought... I am new to ag.. That boiling off a couple of litres would up the gravity and increase flavour intensity?

    Had a go at this one at the but my little boy was talking about dinosaurs when I was measuring the water so I thought I had too much water in the mash... So only did a fraction of a sparge and opted to boil for an hour.. And chucked in 10g of amarillo. With the boil off I think I ended up...
