That’s great to hear… I was a bit worried it would just be drowned out by the alcohol but it’s got really robust flavours so I think it will hold up well. Can’t wait as I’ve got a Leffe Brün conditioning too!

I run hot water straight after use, then VWP and a rinse before use

The only pump issue I’ve had is user error - turning the pump off with the recirc pipe submerged and twice it’s sucked crap back in and blocked the pump…. Blowing down the recirc clears it easily enough though!! Honestly, I had 2.5k to spend on an aio system, and I haven’t (overall) regretted...

Hi, has anyone used Brewfather to calculate gravity in the FV that includes back liquoing? Basically I want to do a split batch of 2x23l in my G40 so was thinking brew stronger and back liquor to the required gravity and volumes. However, I can’t figure it out on Brewfather!! Thanks….
