    Dingwall here, I get my pale malt from crafty maltsters in Fife. CML for everything else. Grow some hops too.

    So this is pretty much what I made. Except the fuggles were obviously more cascade. Used all of last years crop as I did a final dry hop too. Just Kegged it, tastes lovely.

    Thanks, that’s pretty much what I have concocted. I’ll dry hop as well. The speciality malts I have are for stouts, Belgium ales etc

    Yes, I found 20g of saaz in the back of the freezer as well! Bit stupid given I’d ordered the yeast from cml.
