I’m trying to fond a supplier of 1 litre PET bottles, lots of 500ml and 750ml but space is an issue so 100s of 500 is a pain and 750 seems like you’re pouring a pint and the remaining 250 would end up with large amount of sediment in small remainder of beer, typically a litre is all I drink at...

A good basic recipe similar to mine only I use 8g of salt per 500 g flour, but that’s personal taste. fast action yeast doesn't need sugar or premixing. Sugar is only needed for sweet breads
