OK I will bite and I will admit maths is not my strong point so I may be missing something here, but if the above is correct and I take from my water report 4.21 Clarke and multiply by 0.7016 I would get 2.95 Degrees French right? However my water report lists degrees French as 6.01.?

That very much depends on your water company, for instance Severn Trent don't give Calcium (fairly important) or Magnesium or Bicarbonate. Hardness is given in Degrees Clark, French and German and I haven't found a satisfactory way of determining it from that. Also samples are not necessarily...

The standard multiplayer servers are generally pretty awful I agree, but if you find private servers that are run by like minded people they can be great fun, RedM as I mentioned above, Farming Simulator 22 is surprisingly great fun in a good server and I was in a Milsim untt on a private Arma 3...

I had almost a year out of brewing due to other things on the go but now I'm back on it and enjoying the process again.

Alright I have been playing Red Dead Redemption 2, probably the best single player game I ever played. Red Dead Online is horrible, however there are Role Play servers under the name RedM which have been a fantastic place to play if you fancy trying Role Play in an 1898 wild west setting.

I use Speidel FV's, very strong I have cold crashed to 2C with a sealed lid and they did not collapse, good airlocks as standard though I tend to use blow off tubes and available in a good range of sizes. SPEIDEL

TT Landlord clone from Malt Miller AG kit

Finally got to sample the Landlord Clone from the Malt Miller AG kit and despite the hopping error it is quite delicious. Could do with another week or 2 of conditioning probably but very nice and clearing quite well.

Worcester Hop Shop have a sale on a range of hops £1 per 100g, old stock so not sure how much they will have lost but may be worth checking out. HERE
