    Good Kits pls

The coopers 86 day pilsner is cracking. I tried a bottle after 4 weeks conditioning, it tastes good. Another 4 and im sure it'll be amazing. Better than coopers european lager, imo.

    Big Brew Day

So the Cwtch turned out very well, apart from the over carbonating! I used 2 coopers carb drops per 750ml bottle and it turned out like lucozade. It burnt my tongue lol. I have the kit again and going to batch prime now, I've been finding i get better results than with drops. So what level of...

    Foundation Kits

That's really interesting. I was looking at the rye kit, for something a bit different, and really surprised it's that dark. Glad you posted that as I will probably give it a miss for now and go for something a bit lighter.

    Foundation Kits

So after a bit of advice from @Alastair70 i decided to give a foundation kit a go. See if i can get closer to AG with the extra work. This is the one i decided to give a go - https://www.geterbrewed.com/vic-secret-pale-ale-beer-kit/ And here is a lovely photo of the ingredients. I've just...

    Muntons Flagship Milk Stout

I done the american pale ale one a few months ago, Hoppy Malty Citrus, it was very nice. This one, the stout, tastes pretty good already as well. But i'll let you know. The first kit i ever did was coopers stout, brewed under the stairs in winter, it did not turn out too well, but now with my...

    Muntons Flagship Milk Stout

Hi all, Has anyone tried this kit, muntons flagship milk stout? I'm pretty sure its finished but the gravity is still a bit high. It started at 1054 (20litres) and been going at 19 degrees for 16 days. It's been sitting at 1022 for 48 hours now. But the instructions state not to bottle until...

Summer Brew Review Thread - Golden Ale

I've tasted all my recieved brews and all my sent out brews have been tasted, so i just wanted to say how much fun this has been. From brewing to packaging to sending it off, then recieving the beers and seeing them in the fridge every day, and holding off for them to clear from the travel and...
