Today brewed another American Pale, hop choice is based on Durations Turtles all the way down. Columbus in the boil, Mosaic and H Blanc Whirlpool & will have H Blanc, Mosaic & Columbus dry hop.
Hit all the numbers so hopefully should be around 5.4%
Productive brewing weekend.
Yesterday bottled latest Saison, this version I used the Omega Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast. Finished at 1.006.
Small dry hop with Wakatu & Celeia. Bottled conditioning to around 3vols 🤞🏼
Started the weekend with a very good Guava & Strawberry sour shared in a recent swap. Nice refreshing tartness with Guava being more dominant..up my street this one..not too tart and not overly fruity 👌🏼
