Kolsch for me, must be nearly finished now..need the space in the kegerator and the keg for the weekend.

Late night brew this week due to family commitments over the weekend. Had planned to brew a WC Citra Pils but fancied a traditional lager so went with another Schwarzbier. Thought I would go dark as I have a Kolsch on at the moment.

Happy with these cold activated vinyl to aid with closed transfer, makes it a bit easier to see the full level. Noticed someone online doing it so I thought I would get a few sheets from Amazon

Brewed American Amber a couple of weeks ago and kegged that, finished at 1.010 for 5.8%. Have to wait and see how this conditions, had a bit of a bite to it from the sample and not particularly hoppy from the 160g dry hop of Nectaron & Columbus.

Just finished a elderberry Saison Collab between Burning sky & Harbour. 6.5% ISH apparently

How is it? Schwarzbier or Black IPL?

First try of my latest best bitter which was a more modern interpretation using slightly modern UK hops Endeavour & Godiva. Easy drinking at 4.1% . Same malt bill as last (Maris/crystal/amber malt). I'm liking this one. Hops give berry, citrus and some spice.

First try of latest golden ale hopped with Endeavour & Godiva .I like..this was first glass after moving to kegerator so hopefully it will clear up after a couple of days

In the fermenter, hopefully to be kegged this weekend if a keg becomes free is another Golden ale. This one is hopped with Endeavour & Taiheke for a UK/ New Zealand combo. Need to get it kegged as I want to brew an American Amber with Nectaron, Columbus and cascade this weekend.

Couple of brew updates..I had planned 4 weeks ago to brew another ,5 points best inspired bitter. After speaking with @Hoddy about modern bitter recipes I decided to use the same base beer and change up the hops to more modern UK hops . Going for citrus spice using Endeavour & Godiva hops.

Belgian pale for me

All bars should have a beer like this...crisp , bitter and hoppy..similar to Taras Boulba or New Alliance from BS..👌🏼 got it from Trembling Madness

Had first pint of my Kolsch, happy with it and very clear already. Then had a good California IPA from Pollys that I picked up from Morrisons. , I would definitely buy it again. ,

Had a great Cold IPA from @Leon103 yesterday 👌🏼 Also had a WC Pale from pamona Island. It tasted ok but too hazy for a darker WC, not as good as beers from Burnt Mill or Track. Tonight , Pils and one of my Belgian pales

Kegged a golden ale hopped witb Godiva, Pacific Sunrise and H Blanc this weekend, came out at 4.9%

Started with can of Budvar. Had a very nice WC Pale from Elusive. A lovely IPA hopped with Superdelic from @Dan Now onto my American Stout

Just received part of my prize for the Burning Sky competition 12x 750's from Burning Sky also ordered enough malt and hops to get me through the year with my malt miller voucher..so excited to work through this collection
