First sample of Brett Saison MK2. Been 200 days since I blended the saison with a couple of litres of Brett Saison. Bottled a month ago, nice carbonation already after adding sugar and champagne yeast to bottles

No, surely not. I have had both beers and I'm sure if you did a side by side they would be miles apart 😃. I haven't had them in the same session, but I have had that beer with my Altbier for a bit of side by side education.

Belgian pale has dropped clear and tasting great.. Ardennes yeast when it's in suspension has an odd taste, when it clears 👌🏼

It's great that people are sticking with the hobby 👍🏼 I'm not at 10 years yet..parents got me one of those all grain 1 gallon kits at Christmas. First brew day was 31/12/2016

How did this come out?

Brewed a pilsner based on a Schonramer Pils recipe from Craft Beer and Brewing. I have brewed this beer before and really enjoyed it and scored well in comps so thought I would brew it again as I only had dry lager yeast and lallemand Farmhouse available. I had planned to brew American pale...

Before my trip to Norfolk last week a kegged the Belgian Single that finished at 5.8%. there was a bit of yeast in suspension which was giving the sample a yeasty flavour which I'm sure will drop out over the next 2-4 weeks while it's cold conditioning..hops tasted good and finished at 85%...

On my Golden ale hopped with Endeavour & Taiheke . Also had a festbier from the Lidl box , nice enough but not really to my taste..had a bit of sweetness to it.

Popped in to Duration Brewery yesterday, picked up this Cali Common..very nice and Easy drinking
