Had a lovely pint of Arise at the local pub to Burning Sky Brewery on my visit today. Also tried some beer straight from the Foeders 👌🏼

Belgian pale to sign off the weekend..I'm done 😴

This afternoon brewed a WC pale, all numbers were hit and brew day went smoothly. WP of Crystal, Chinook & Idaho 7, dry hop will be Mosaic, Nelson & Columbus. Malts were pils, maris and 5 % Munich and yeast was Omega Kolsch 2. OG was 1.049 so should finish around 5.4%

Kegged the pilsner today.. finished at 1.010 as planned and sample tasted good. 6 weeks lagering planned for this one

Last week had some success for Second year running with american amber hopped with Nectaron, went one better with best of show which was my first 🥳
