    Replacing pressure cap washers

Hi all After a lengthy lay off I'm back to brewing my own ale. I want to replace the washers on my King Keg pressure caps. I think they're the S30 type? I remember it being a bit tricky especially for the brown one on the outside Any tips would be gratefully received Cheers
