My latest batch is almost done. Was going to use Beer Finings but also have some Mangrove Jacks Flavour enhancer. Can I use both together with no trouble or should I use 1 x and wait 24 x Hours?!?

Hello Gentlemen! Long time no see wink... Work’s been getting in my way I’m afraid. Brewed today a Brewmaker Lager Kit. Threw in 3 x KG of sugar and looking at an OG of 1.064......Possibly over 7.5% :laugh8: This will be interesting.......

So I came across This Basically my understanding is that I buy a CO2 bottle, attach it and then it carbs all the Beer? Will one bottle carb all the beer? Would it last for multiple batches? The only problem would be that the Beer would be warm or could I pour it direct into bottles and store...

I’ve done a lager Brewkit but added 2 kg of Sugar instead of the 1. If all goes well it should finish at or around 6.4%. Was 5.91% after 1 week so giving it another to hopefully bump it up. Was thinking of maybe flavouring it with Agave just before bottling. Will this taste alright etc or is...

Just got back from Tesco and after yesterday’s announcement it’s come as no surprise that everyone’s raiding all the beer. What made me laugh though was everyone’s had all the Lager, Cider etc but there’s loads of Ale’s etc left 😂 Anyone else seeing anything funny/daft on your trips out?

Right done an FG Reading and it‘s at 1.010, the instructions say that when it gets to 1.06 it’s done. What do I do? lol 😂

Ok so I reread the instructions and it reckons that when I get 2 x days of it being 1.006 then it’s done. is that a fair assessment?
