    Hi. Gravity is 1020. OG was about 1045. Temperature is 22C. Like I said in post there is a good build of sediment about 30mm I'll just leave it a few more days see if gravity drops. Is there any chance it will spoil

    Hi. Think I may have a stuck fermentation. I did a part grain mash 3 days ago. It fermented well for first 36 hours but since nothing coming through fermentation lock and there's about 40mm of white sediment on bottom of fermenter. Not sure what to do. I don't have any spare yeast any advice...
