Thank you...I use the tap to take the wort to the fermenter...the tap drain is in the center...so thinking about not whirpool ...to avoid clogging the tap

Brewzilla gen 4 ...One question: is it possible to mashing without recirculation?...recirculate/clarify after 60 min..and mashout...would it avoid clogging of the pump....does the wort caramelize?

Yes...it happens when mashing...there are perforations on the side...at the bottom...without wheat...ratio 4:1 water grain
