Thanks to you all for you're advise it's been taken in and on my next batch I'm gonna leave it longer to ferment. What readings should I be looking for on the hydrometer and when do I take the readings? Sorry I know I sound slack but I just want to do it right Cheers again everyone Mark

Ty bob I used to check th sg, I normally bottle after a week fermenting then leave them in the bottles for approx 2 more weeks before drinking. I really don't know the proppa way of how to do it, I only do it the way I've heard people say they do it. I've never had a problem before though Mark
