This is my 3rd brew done a kit 1st and 2 full mashes
A brown ale and Carolines fine ale
Brown ale is nearly ready carolines is not finished fermenting yet.
Hi Home brewers just dug my old bins out the roof and I've knocked up my first full mash drinkable in about a week.
If all goes well I will get into it with a passion.
