Hi All, I've had an American IPA in the FV for 12 days now and had planned to bottle this coming Saturday. OG was 1.057 and target is 1.011. I've just taken a reading and it's 1.017 but no signs of fermentation anymore. I don't think I quite pitched enough yeast... Do you think it will be ok...
