    Just bottled the mild. Nice golden colour,along the lines of Banks's original which is what i was after.Sparklingly clear,nice aroma as well. Fingers crossed it will be as good once carbed up:) If it good i shall up the amount and re brew it.Came out at 3.8%

    I have 'tinkered' with a few of the dog recipies and all have been pretty good.Ok,probably not much like the original due to my tinkering but well recieved by others.

    Would have thought a max of around 20%,more like 10% however.Just my thoughts.
